AIESEC has made a tradition from promoting the value of leadership among young people and uses the power of a good example to encourage them to assume responsibilities and achieve even more than they have planned. Leadership Talks is the event that best embraces this values by enabling students to listen to the successful stories of important people in Romania, covering more domains such as culture, sports, business, social responsibility and media. “Through Leadership Talks we envision to connect real leaders of Romania to the future leaders that lay in the young generation. We want to help them discover the motivation to succeed, in order to extend the borders of leadership from business to art” (Elena Bâra - Project Manager)
